Meet Pastor Damain McLeod, Board Member

Pastor Damian McLeod has faithfully served as a Board Member of Cry Heard Support for 15 years, bringing a heart for service, compassion for others, and a strong commitment to the organization’s mission of combating sexual assault and human trafficking.

Pastor McLeod’s extensive experience in ministry has been a valuable part of his service to Cry Heard Support. His pastoral calling has equipped him with a deep understanding of the importance of listening, offering compassion, providing encouragement, and walking alongside individuals and families through difficult seasons of life. Through his years of pastoral leadership, he has developed a servant’s heart and a passion for helping people find hope, healing, and restoration. These qualities continue to strengthen his contribution to Cry Heard Support as the organization advocates for survivors and works to bring awareness to the devastating impact of sexual assault and human trafficking.

Pastor McLeod currently serves as the pastor of New Hope Church of Christ (Holiness) USA in Long Beach, California, where he has served for the past 11 years. Prior to his current pastorate, he served for 15 years at New Testament Church in Los Angeles, California, as Youth Minister under the leadership of Pastor Robert Hendricks.

For Damian McLeod, ministry is more than a position—it is a calling to serve others. His dedication to Cry Heard Support reflects his belief that every person deserves to be heard, valued, protected, and treated with dignity.

Pastor McLeod is a loving husband to Millicent McLeod, whom he has been married to for 30 years. Together, they have four children and four grandchildren.

Born in McClain, Mississippi, Pastor McLeod developed a lifelong love of hunting and fishing. Yet his greatest passion remains his love for Christ and his calling to serve as a “fisher of men.” That calling continues to guide his ministry, his leadership, and his commitment to the mission of Cry Heard Support.
